2023-2024 Fees (as of July 2023)*
The Fees are as follows for the above year:
In response to the cost-of-living crisis, DDLETB are implementing a significant reduction in fees for all domestic (EU, EEA, Stamp 4) students undertaking a PLC course in the 2023-2024 academic year. The only fee payable for full-time courses in this academic year is:
- Non-refundable Deposit €40 Non-refundable Deposit €40
All other charges including course-specific fees are being waived for the 2023/2024 academic year.
- Non-refundable Deposit €20
Non-EEA nationals should contact the college for details of entry requirements and fees.

There are several funding schemes available for eligible students, including:-
VTOS (Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme)
Certain applicants may be eligible to avail of the VTOS scheme. VTOS students have no fees to pay and obtain books and stationery free of charge. A weekly food and travel allowance is payable to VTOS students.
To qualify for VTOS, applicants must be
- over 21 years of age
- in receipt of a qualifying payment from Intreo for at least six months (156 days) before the course start date.

BTEI (Back to Education Initiative)
The Back to Education Initiative (BTEI) provides part-time education programmes for young people and adults. It aims to give participants an opportunity to combine a return to learning with family, work, and other responsibilities. These courses are Government-funded and free of charge.
